Groups of like minded people motivate each other to be(come) better versions of themselves. Coming together in community help to inspire, provide accountability and support as members make life changes and begin to step into the healthiest, most vital version of themselves (and, of course, a little friendly competition, doesn’t hurt when its taking place within the safe container your tribe provides!). Many studies have even shown that active group participation is successful in weight loss and stress reduction goals.
We offer several options for either joining one of our on-line groups, or creating one of your own. Along with weekly virtual meetings via video conference or teleconference, we have private Facebook groups for sharing triumphs, goals, defeats and support. Some of our past group programs include:
